求大神看看这句话有没有语法错误?
It is a good way to improve the quality of education is improving the quality of the teachers.
第二个improve 为啥用ing形式呢?还有第二个quality既然后面跟的是teachers 为什么不用qualities呢?
不好意思 句子打错了。我想问的句子是A good way to improve the quality of education is improving the quality of the teachers.有没有错误

动名词跟在be动词后作表语,表示抽象的一般行为,与to do不同,to do表示一次具体动作,doing表示经常性的,持续的.teachers 前面加the,强调全体教师,指一个整体,用quality,不加the则用qualities 没有错误

be动词后面谓语要用ing形式；quality 在这意思是质量，质量不可数，所以要用quality，而不是qualities。
