Gandhi once said "Be the change you wish to see in the world." So I believe being able to manage one’s anger is very relevant to truly embrace this wisdom. First of all, anger is best managed by letting it out. Walling up the anger only makes a cistern in your mind, while venting on someone, who undeniably deserves such, is the most fool-proof strategy for anger management. This can include, but is not limited to, dunking his head in the toilet, cutting his hair with a chainsaw, and my personal favorite, forcing him to watch the Twilight saga, seven times. But of course, the real question is that we wouldn’t have to manage our anger if other people could manage their stupidity. So get smart, vent anger!
