也就是说庄稼生长过程中也要消耗卡路里，加工过程中也有卡路里损失掉。 你说对吗？

不是。。就是在加工过程中营养成分损失掉。但是两市的卡路里的比值增加（因为RAW GRAINS是另外的高卡路里的根源）

加工过的粮食相对与未加工的粮食卡路里的比重是大的。 可这样该写：Raw grains are a kind of source of extra calories。As is known ， when crops are grown in big farms and processed en masse，much of their nutrient value is taken out ，as a result ，“caloric density” rise。
