1. I'm deeply sorry that I have to bother you at such a moment because of the report form. I understand that to discuss it with you now is sensitive, but I still would like you to consider over it.
2. On September 4th, I wrote an e-mail about the same issue to the director who had then allowed me to do so. Then I think my report form should have earned marks.
