在你的题目中,the trouble 做了先行词.
本来应该是 have trouble doing the work变成定语从句：the trouble (that/which) i have doing the work

不是,应该选择A. Do you know the trouble I have to do the work. I have 是the trouble the 的定语从句; to do the work 是不定式作定语.
为什么说不是: 因为前后是两句话不可以这样省略. 可以全部写出或是in doing the work.
