1.presenting bank must certify on its covering schedule that the amount of each drawing has been endorsed on the credit
2.reimbursement:upon receipt of the stipulated documents in strict compliance with the credit terms,we shall remit the proceeds by T.T.in the currency of the credit as per negotiating bank's instruction for payment less our charges USP 115 being swift and reimbursement charges plus 15 PCT applicable VAT.

1.交单行须在其寄单面函上证明每次支付的金额已在信用证上做背批.
2.一旦收到规定的与信用证条款完全符合的单据,我们将根据议付行的指示,按照信用证的币种用电汇偿付款项,并扣下115USP做为SWIFT电讯费与偿付费再加15%用于适用的增值税.
