是不是做宾补语的主语?那和“I have something need to tell you有什么区别?或者说这句话有没有省略that?

在 I need to tell you 这个定语从句中作主语,整个定语从句用来修饰 something.
另外一个句子,need 单独做后置定语,修饰something ,to tell you 做目的状语
