no matter要+how/what/when =however,但用于句首引导从句,必须用no matter how,however用在中间,或后面要加逗号,表示转折
even if即使,尽管
尽管我告诉他我是你阿姨,他就是不听我的.

even if 这个if是指假如，也就说指可能要发生，但是没有发生的事。
但是从这句话来说，i tried to tell him that i was your aunt,已经发生了，所以even if是错的

可以看看回答的后半句中有一个单词“just”，这意味着，说话人做出了很多努力，所以就是however（无论怎样），这个词儿能显示出剧中的意味出来，而even if 放着这里意思上很牵强啦。既然是选择最恰当的选项，我想最好是C吧。
