这是中式英文诶,你不能简单地把中文的“有”翻译成英文的have的.因为前面的内容太虚了,既不是一个东西,也不是一个人,所以不能说它“有”什么什么.其余还有些小错误,比如用expose to比较好.
正确译法
It is（there is也可以） no good to expose your skin to the Sun.
Getting your skin exposed to the Sun is no good for your health.

It's not good for health to expose the skin in the sunlight too often. 首先开头to 后面动词就不应该加ed，还有这个翻译是中式翻译，一般应该将主旨放前面「it's not good」，然后补充「什么」是不好的，「长期将皮肤暴露在阳光下」

to exposed 不对 既然用to 怎么还用exposed，用expose 也还说得过去吧
最好用exposing 作主语，have也要改成has，另外‘经常’这个词没有翻译，故：
Exposing the skin under the sun frequently has no good for health
