My classmate Lily was sick , and she did not come to school.I am very sorry for her. I think her bad health is relate to her bad usual life habits.
She like snacks so much that not to eat at the dinner time.No better diet,no better health.
In addition, she rarely exercises. Can not be denied is that Lily is a very serious student, a full day just reading and learning,all the rest time for watching TV or the Internet.She does not like exercise, is not willing to exercise.
I know, because bad habits lead to decreased immunity, naturally very easy to get sick. I will take this as a warning, develop good habits, maintaining a healthy body.
