这个知识点你理解的比较片面.不是第三人称用does,而是“第三人称单数”.所以does被成为“第三人称单数形式”.
does they一定不对.应该是do they.要么就是does she/he/it

they是“他们”，是复数，不是单数。所以，虽然是第三人称，也用do。
