被动语态可以省略be的吗不然为什么I watched the thief caught by two policeman

一个句子里不能有两个谓语（即动词）.
这里caught不加be,表现出过去分词的形式,在主句中作定语.来修饰这个thief.
另外在举几个例子：
The book is bought by me.(I buy the book.)是我买书（或书被我买）
The food was eaten by the tiger.(The tiger ate the food.)
大多数是这种形式：sth be done by sb/sth.这是很经典的被动语态,必须加be.
但是L：
——My car doesn't work.I have to have my car repaired.(这里：sb have sth done,也表示被动,即我的车需要被修理了.不能加be)
——My car doesn't work.It needs repairing(感觉mending更好.).(这里sth need doing也有被动的味道.这是固定的语法,只不过动词的形式变为正在进行时,但还是不能加be)
——你应该知道see sb do吧?
example:People saw him do strange things.可改为：He was seen to do strange things).(能看得出区别吧,这也是固定的搭配,要死记)而make sb do 也有同样的用法.
就这么差不多了哈.

这个不是被动！是过去时。accused 是accuse的过去式。
所谓被动语态，不可以省略Be。
单单一个过去分词可以表示被动的意思，但是那不是【语态】。那是非谓语形式。
