We write to explain that on January 8th, an accident occurred to the container truck that carried the steel pipes. As we had decided to use the open-top container in order to avoid damages to the anti-corrosive coating on the steel pipes during the course of loading and unloading, so when the truck tipped, the pipes in the container rolled onto the roadside.
