Once upon a time,a young man married a young woman.They lived with the man's big family-his parents,his brothers,their wives and children.The family kept an elephant.Soon the young woman became interested in the animal and fed it every day.
Three months later the woman went back to her parents'home after she had quarrelled with her husband.Soon the elephant refused to eat and work.It seemed ill.One morning after several weeks the animal left the house.
It went to the woman's house.When it saw her,the elephant waved its trunk and touched her with it.The young woman was so moved that she returned to her husband's home
