like to offer you some tips of relieving stress and you may have a try. Firstly,
get yourself better organized. Feeling overwhelmed because of a bad time
management can be a major source of stress. You may need to make a “to do list”
everyday and finish your homework on time. Secondly, you should set reasonable
goals for yourself and the people around you. The eagerness to be perfect will
burn you out. All you need to do is just learn to be ok with “good enough”. No one
can get the best grades all the time. Last but not least, listen to some light
music and watch some comedies, which will have a marked positive influence on
your mental state and free you from negative energy.
