handle 此处表示 驾驭、接受、忍受
deserve 表示 配得上、值得拥有
整句意思为：我自私、耐心不够,还有一点不安全感.我会偶尔失控,变得难以驾驭.但是,如果你无法忍受我最坏的一面,你也无法得到我最好的一面.应该是玛丽莲·梦露的话.

  1. 是不一样的。第一个表很难应付（意译可为“很难相处”）；第二个，因handle有拥抱之意，所以我认为应是这个意思。

1 两个handle 的意思是一样的，只不过在语境中要做略略不同的解释：

I am ... at times hard to handle => 我有时候很难搞
if you can't handle me at my worst => 如果你在我最糟的时候搞不定我

handle 这个词基本都用在表达【处理、解决】人或事
