There is a boy named Jack in our class.He was very short and fat when he was ten years old.Why was he short and fat? He said that he had liked eating sweet food before.But when he was eleven years old,he began to do excersis ,he liked playing basketball every day.Every weekends,he went to the gym to play basketball with his friends.
He became thiner and stronger day by day.He got taller and healthy.
