第一题不能光从It was in the tea house ___I drank tea.判断填什么,而要从句意判断.“你在哪里找到项链?”如填that为强调句,会译成“正是在茶室我喝茶.”很明显,答非所问.如填where,变成定语从句,从句I drank tea用来修饰the tea house先行词,因the tea house在从句中充当地点状语,所以用where.
第二题不用强调句是因为强调句必须是去掉强调结构,剩下的必须构成完整的句子.此句如假设强调句成立,则去掉it was,剩下的he received his wife's telephone six o'clock 中很明显少了一个at.所以填when构成定语从句.如若为强调句,也写成：It was at six o'clock _that____he received his wife's telephone.

第一句是地点状语，第二句是时间状语，看多了就明白了
