问一个非谓语动词的英语语法题
What’s the chance of ___ a general election this year?为什么要填there being而不能填there to be 如何理解“there是being a general election this year的逻辑主语”?

to be 表示未发生,该题中this year表明已发生,所以用being

这个涉及不到独立主格..................
there be本身就是个倒装结构，它的主语在后面呢，there怎么成了逻辑主语了，乱糟糟的.....
就是个介词of加动名词being而已
there be 整体理解为“存在”。介词of后用doing格式，ing加哪？总不能加there上吧.....
