你帮不了它/你改变不了这个局面,因为你在世界上这一领域并不突出.
be around 在某一领域（行业）中突出
can not 可以写成can't,但是前者强调的意思更重一些.
同理,are not也一样.
you can not save it,because you are not the world.

可以，但是感情不如原来的强烈。举个例子 you can never believe...
you can't believe
肯定形式表否定，加强感情，你不会不明白的!
