因为is后面的词是介词from，be动词加介词短语构成系表结构。而does后面是live，live是实义动词，在构成疑问句时，要用助动词辅助完成句子结构，所以不能用be动词。回答形式也不同。例如：where is she from? she is from Sichuan. where does she live? she lives in Guangzhou....
