第一个是错的 be 和 devote 不能放在一起用
如果写出 be devoted to doing sth. 还可以

devote oneself to doing sth

devote sth to doing sth
e.g.: the great teacher has devoted his whole life to teaching.

it is 单数+n for sb to do sth
这个句型很少用 一般是 it is + adj. + for sb. to do sth.
e.g.: it is necessary for us to learn english
