Tasting:Intense and elegant in nose,emphasize matured red fruit fragrant,combined with minerality and slight touches of toasted toffee.The wine leaves legs on the side of the glass after swirling,which run down slowly like tears.In mouth it is tasty and concentrated,with powerful and perfectly integrated tannins with a long and fruity final,that reminds us of fruit pastry,giving a silk sensation in our palate.

Grape variety:90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc
Vintage:Second week of October.
Vinification:The alcoholic fermentation took place at controlled temperature of 22 癈 by selected native yeast from the domain.During the fermentation process,the wine was subjected to two or three daily d闸estages (racks and returns).Afterward,the temperature was increased to provoke the malolactic fermentation and the maceration was prolonged during 56 days.
Ageing:10 months in new French oak casks,unstrained.
Vineyard:Own vineyards next to the winery.
Tasting:With the grape varieties Tempranillo and Cabernet Franc we抳e elaborated an amazing Reserva.Deep ruby-red colour,in mouth vivid and strong.A wine with structure and delicious aromatics of smooth pickled berries,liquorice,leather and black pepper.The note of oak cask gives this wine a very special character:well-balanced but with strong body,confesses us its long and pleasant finish with elegant notes of bitter almond and vanilla.
Food pairings:Ideal to red meat and braised meat.

Ageing:Malolactic fermentation in oak casks of French oaks and aging for 22 months.
