We can have___bluer sky 前半句的主语是天,所以用a【因为bluer也是形容sky的】
意思：是我们可以有更蓝的天
if we create___less polluted world.后半句也是同样的道理.less polluted 也是用来形容world的.那么世界不就是一个世界咯.
意思：如果我们制造了更少的污染的世界.
