Nowadays,along with the increasing of popularity and the more stimulate competetions,it is quite obviously that more and more people are under high pressure in their works,which bring about a sense of stressful and a busy life for them.Carefully weighing in my mind,I think this phenomenon caused by the following reasons.
Initially,almost everyone is concerned about individual social positions.To obtain higher social positions,many people try their best to improve themselves and then most of them become excellent and competitive .In this way ,they will do better in their jods and be promoted in the future,and as a result of that,they will gain higher social positions.Whereas ,it is hard for most of people to acquire such social position,they have to endure busy lives which have little leisure time and hardships which make them feel stressful.Although they feel exhausted ,they cannot stop because others will raise them or defeat them.And at that time ,they maybe fail to pursue their social positions,which is a result their really fear to see.
Additionally,due to survival of the fittest,companies have to strive to survive ,so they make more pressure for their stuffs to achieve this goul.They work out some strategies,such as increasing the time of work,stricking with their stuffs and firing the one who is not good at the job.Many of these stragies are unfair ,but most of people tolerate them because of their survivals.These all make stuffs feel stressful and less leisurely.
