这两个句子的意思其实是一样的,只是使用了不同的结构
前面是think sth sth把.想成.
think it a pity,而这里的it是代替后面的that从句

而第2个句子是整个句子作为think的宾语从句,在宾语从句里面that she didn’t come又是主语从句,前面的it是形式主语
