这里的over the next several months 跟 in the next several months 一个意思,表示“在接下来的几个月里/内”.这里over有点cover那个跨越一个时间段的意思.over加时间一般有两个意思,一个是“超过…”,比如 over three months超过三个月;另一个是“在……期间”的意思,意思和during或者in类似.具体情况还是要具体分析是哪种情况咯
