where I come from 是定语从句修饰in the place, 表示我来自那个地方,我从那个地方来,整个In the place where I come from做状语修饰the weather, 而the weather 做为整个句子的主语,is 是系动词做谓语,usually 是副词修饰后面的good,good是形容词做宾语.
