Why so many talented supervisor want to leave this company?I can not understand,what is wrong?
I feel quite upset at the moment.Today,one supervisor from production department will leave here and will not work for this company anymore.It is really very pity for cocktail.I think it is very difficult to find this kind of talented people from now on.Nobady can instead of him.
