both只用于两个之间的选择，而且一般用于肯定句陈述句中，就像反问句中一般用any而陈述句用some一样

b应该不能用在否定句……
either 二者的每一个

选择B为部分否定，意思是我不是两个都喜欢。而句意是我既不喜欢帽子，也不喜欢太阳镜，我想要的是一把伞。
