我记得定语从句引导词在从句中是要作成分的.那么：
The expected causes of higher than-average prices during the next decade include a doubling of biofuel production,higher fuel costs that increase the cost of producing crops and transporting food,and greater demand for food and animal feed in richer developing countries （where） incomes are rising,the report says.
语法书上说句中的括号中的where引导的是定语从句,但我记得定语从句引导词在从句中是要作成分的,可是where在从句中貌似没有作成分啊,从句incomes are rising句子结构完整着的,我怎么总觉得是地点状语从句啊,虽然翻译出来意思都一样.求高手解释这个问题并举下例子说明定语从句和地点状语从句区别.分不多了不好意思啊

where=in which
which代表country,incomes are rising in the country
地点状语从句是句子缺状语,用句子来作状语,所以叫状语从句
put the medicine where the kid can't reach
where 后面是地点状语从句,这句话作状语
