You are applying to study english for 11 months at embassy ces .
You are 26 years old,have not studied in recent years and have been employed as an optometrist since august 2009.
You have failed to explain in detail how your career will benefit from this proposed course of study in the future.
I am not satisfied that you are a genuine student because i do not see any correlation between your future plans and your current circumstances in china.
I am not satisfied that you have sufficiently strong social or economic ties to retum to in china or that this course would benefit your career prospects in china at all.
I am therefore not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry to the united kingdom as a student visitor for a limited period or that you intend to leave the united kingdom thereafter.

Consideration under the criteria of the concession：
Given the above.i am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry as a student visitor for a period not exceeding 11 months.
In addition,i am not satisfied that you propose to attend a course in english as a foreign language only.
I have therefore refused your application because i am not satisfied,on the balance of probabilities,that you meet all of the requirements of the above paragraph(s) of the lmmigration rules.
Your right of appeal is limited to the grounds referred to in section 84(1)(c) of the nationality,lmmigration and asylum act 2002(www.legislation.gov.uk)
