我觉的有点问题.你的句子不完整,Guilin之后没有谓语动词.so that 用的方式不对.你试着体会一下下面的句子.
Guilin is a city which is so beautiful that attracts lots of tourists around the world to pay a visit.

我能理解你的意思，但是这不是地道的英语。
1. 整个不是一个句子，只是一个词Guilin，其他都是修饰Guilin的，里面包含了从句
2. 不要为了从句而从句，不是越复杂越好，能用形容词的别用从句，能用短语的别用从句。
3. 如果你想说的是一个句子，应该是：
Guilin is a city that/which is so beautiful a tourist ...
