1.that has改成which,非限定宾语从句,就是与前面主句之前有逗号隔开的定语从句,如果先行词在句中是主语且为物的话,本来是可用which/that两个的,现在只可用which,that不可以用
2.when改成which,先行词是April 4th,在定语从句中作主语,不是时间状语不用when,应该用which
3.C
先行词为hours,放到定语从句中是during the hours,用作时间状语所以要用when作关系词
