With great regret,we have to complain of late delivery of telephone answering systems for which you placed an order on September 12.When we discussed the date of delivery,you guaranteed that you could make delivery by September 30.it was under this condition that we placed the order; however,it is now one week overdue.
What’s more,this is not the first time a delay in delivery has occurred,and the increasing frequency of the trouble compels us to feel that business can not be continued for long unless improvement is made at your end.
