at后接具体的点，如at the point ,at 7 o'clock 等等，
on接段，如on a vacation,on the afternoon of friday ,(当然，没有of friday 的话，就是直接的in the afternoon了），
至于in 嘛，后接的就更广泛了，如in the morning,in the next year ,还有这里的in the new year……

用on吧！对于那几个介词，其中in是用在大范围的某一年，如in this year，at是确定的某一时点，如，at the time of或 at the afternoon，而on是特指某一天，如on the day，对于New Year是特定的一天，所以用on，时间范围in>on>at

at一般接具体的点时间,
on接不具体的某种表时间的名词,如星期,具体的年月日.
in可以指在...期间.此处可解释为在新年期间你们会不会有假期.
