当然是第一个正确,因为of短语已经表示所有格了,后面应该接一个可以做宾语的词,而his是he的形容词性和名词性物主代词,当his做形容词性时,后面还需加名词；
所以"在他的帮助下"可以有两种表示方法：
1.with his help
2.with the help of him
