有问题,opportunity和chance是同一个意思,又是同样作宾语的,不能连用,而且,还缺了个to,另外for应该用to,everyone应该是一个单词.正确的句子可以是：
It's really great to have this opportunity/chance to introduce myself to everyone. I'm Number Eleven.
