My Health Plan
Recently I find that I am getting a little bit fat and my skin condition gets worse. I decided to draw up a health plan as below.
First of all, I decided to change my diet which is very important to my health. More vegetable and less junk food. An apple a day keeps doctors away.
Secondly, I decided to have more exercises to my healthy status. I need to get up early and go for running for half an hour which I believe will be helpful.
Last, I decided to get away from my dear computer games which is seemingly sweet but actually useless.
That's my health plan and I will try my best to stick to it. I hope I will get a better body in the seeable future.
