"is being broadcasted" 意思是 “正在”被播报 ,说话人要求对方保持沉默,自己想听,所以天气预报是现在正在播报中,进行时.
“whats”=what is 现在时现在的声音.机器正在被测试.
这是我第一次在baidu回答问题,
