为什么关系词用where啊?不是应该用that或which么?

先行词job提前,如果不把job提前就应该表述为：You are doing something serious but interesting in the job.如果把job提前,那么in the去哪里了呢?如果用which也可以,但要加上in才可以,而in which又等于where,所以用where.
