decorated 表示完成被动,前面半句省略了主语,默认前后主语一致,也就是the walls, 所以是（The walls are）decorated with children's pictures,the walls of the classroom look better.
如果你选having decorated 那么这个动作是由小朋友children做出来的,这样的话,你前面的主语就一定不能省,因为你后面一句的主语已经定死了是the walls. 所以要选having decorated 就应该改成： Children's having decorated（动名词结构） with children's pictures,the walls of the classroom look better.

若用having decorated是分词作状语，分词作状语的主语应和主句一致。
而having decorated逻辑主语为人，主句主语为the walls 不一致。
或者我觉得改成having been decorated也行

这句话的意思是 这面墙被图片装饰之后，漂亮多了。 这个你肯定知道。 墙是被装饰，被动被动被动被动被动，所以用decorated。 haveing done 是在主语是人是才用，有人才行，呵呵懂不？？？
