语法挑刺 Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
early 为什么可以放到不定式之前,通常我们不是说to rise early吗,求举一些放到不定式之前类似的例子

1 副词位置本来就灵活,He runs slowly to school.Slowly,he runs to school.He slowly runs to school.He runs to school slowly .都对.
2 这是句俗语,为了结构对称,看起来舒服点,有时候还要调韵脚,可以做适当调整的,俗语这东西太口语化了,不适合拿来“语法挑刺”.

不是频度副词才可以放到runs前吗，slowly也可以吗

这是句俗语，为了结构对称，有时候还要调韵脚，可以做适当调整的，俗语这东西太口语化了，不适合拿来“语法挑刺”。
另外，副词的位置很灵活的，如：
I agree with you totally---I totally agree with you.

副词的位置很灵活的：
I agree with you totally---I totally agree with you.
此处to bed early 也是可以的，只不过在这个句子里是习惯用法，用来作主语。(此处没有形式主语it,因此early为adv.---It's early to bed.)
例子：Much to eat is bad for health at...
