第一句中的Have是实义动词,表示有
第二句中的have是情态动词,这样句子就缺少谓语不通了
当have和got连用,意思也是有,但have是情态动词表示“已经得到”（=有）
所以have got一般可以和have互换

不可以的，have some experience 说的是有什么经历，而have 用在句首提问的时候表示完成时态。如： HAve you ever experienced this kind of thing?

不可以。Do you have this kind of experience？中的have是动词，Do you...中的do是助动词。
如果把句子改为Have you this kind of experience？那这句话就不通顺了。没了动词。
比如：你去打针了？ 我们不可能说“你针了吗？”
