很简单,就是
Both humans and animals learn by experience,and what is learned influences the planning and carrying out of simple actions.
意思是人类和动物都靠经验来学习,学习到的东西影响他们的计划和实行的简单的行为
因为both ……and（……和……）,either…… or（……或……） 是英语的固定搭配,这个题看意思应该是用BOTH AND
