we approached applicant for a waiver of above discrepancy(ies).if we concur with applicant's waiver,settlement will be made as per your instructions.if both the applicant and ourselves agreed to a waiver prior to our receipt of your disposal instructions,we shall effect settlement and release the documents to the applicant without further notice to you.we will revert only if necessary and the drawing documents remain unpaid/unaccepted and held at your disposal due to discrepancy(ies) listed above.in case of settlement applicable fees will be deducted.
