(3) An employee who has accepted a training assignment on ajob of a higher grade than his own shall not qualify to receive an actingallowance provided such training assignment has been specified in writing tothe employee concerned by the Company.
(4) The Company may grant half-day leave out an employee'sannual leave entitlement subject to approval.Such half-day leave shall betaken either at the start of the day's work orexactly four hours before the end of the day's work.
