员工流失是存在于每个企业的一种正常的现象,在人员流动频繁的今天,员工流失问题成为企业必须解决的难题。员工的过度流失不但使企业处于不稳定的状态,影响到企业其他员工的工作积极性和稳定性,无形中消耗企业的培训成本,招聘成本,管理成本,而由于员工的流失而引发的问题会影响企业的良性发展,更为严重的是会影响企业消亡。本文通过对兴隆员工的调查问卷和访谈,了解企业存在的现状及问题,在前人研究的基础上,加上定量分析,找出影响员工离职的主要因素,针对主要因素,分析出系统的、有针对性的、有效的留住员工的措施,从而为企业留住优秀员工,降低员工的流失率,为企业建立一个良好的工作氛围。

Employee turnover is a normal phenomenon that exists in every enterprise, the frequent mobility today, the problem of employee turnover has become a problem to be solved by the enterprise. Excessive loss of employees not only enable enterprises in an unstable state,affect other enterprise staff's work enthusiasm and stability, invisible consumption enterpriserecruitment costs, training costs, management costs, and because of the loss of staffproblems will affect the healthy development of enterprises, more serious is will affect the enterprise die. This article through the questionnaire and interview survey of employees in Xinglong, understand the status quo and problems of enterprises, on the basis of previous studies, combined with quantitative analysis, find out the main influencing factors of employee turnover, aiming at the main factors, analysis system, targeted, effective employee retention measures, so as to retain good employees for the enterprise, reduce staff turnover, establisha good working atmosphere for the enterprise.
