I am writing to complain about the washing machine bought from your shop last week.
It worked pretty well in the beginning.However,it made great noise yesterday.Its maintainence period is one year.Now I do hope that you will get in touch with me by calling XXXXX as soon as possible.I would like a change if possible.If not,I would like to see it repaired in two days.
