I'm wondering whether it means that if I can't get it during the coming two days, does she need to pay all the fine or are there any other solution? 这句话里有错误没有?错在哪儿?怎样改?那个whether是否可以用if?都好后的部分是否应该用疑问句?

oes she need to pay all the fine 这里不对的,wonder后面接从句,从句里面写陈述句形式,不是问句.or are there any other solutions?这个可以另起一句.或者也用陈述句接在从句里面.
既然是there are,那么后面就该用solutions.
